Maintenance

The unit will be cleaned, all appliances are tested to ensure that they are working properly. Pest control is called to ensure that there are no pests in the unit, we all give fresh paint to all units befor move in.

When ready to perform a work order, and the resident is not home, the resident does not to be home. Maintenance will gain access with the spare key we keep in our protected Handy Trac safe box.

Yes, we have 2 Maintenance techs, and a Maintenance Supervisor

We keep a spare key for your unit which you can come into the office and we will use your spare key to let you in.

Amenities

Yes,we have an allocated resident parking,and a visitors parking

We offer Professional friendly Management team, Petfriendly community, Twoswimming pools, 24-hour maintenance hotline, Ceiling Fans and Central AC, and heat.

The pools are open from Tuesday - Sunday. Monday we close for pool service. Open from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

We do not offer furnished apartments.
